Organization Cultural 360 Survey and Report

Before any significant organizational change is attempted, it’s beneficial to consider how the proposed change might align with or challenge current cultural values held by individuals in the organization and if it supports the organization’s desired values.

The Org360 assessment uses surveyed feedback from individuals throughout your organization to identify the shared values and beliefs that drive specific behaviors. Based on the highly acclaimed Competing Values Framework by Dr. Kim Cameron and Dr. Robert Quinn, this short survey illustrates the organization’s current and desired value systems in a simple, yet comprehensive framework.

The Org360 report often sparks powerful conversations with leaders that go much deeper into why the organization behaves the way it does, why past change initiatives have not lasted, and how leaders can initiate change in ways that are authentic to the organization’s core values. All of this knowledge can be instrumental in creating shared awareness in how to sustainable desired changes over time.

This service includes pre-survey guidance, the culture survey and report, post-survey interpretation of results, and a follow-up session to help align experiments proposed to shape future culture.

Leadership Agility 360 Survey and Report

The LA360 focuses on the observed behaviors of an individual leader assessed through an online survey tool to gather feedback for the leader, their manager, peers, and direct reports.

Based on the Leadership Agility Framework, by Bill Joiner, the survey gathers both quantitate and qualitative feedback on how a leader is developing across the Expert, Achiever, and Catalyst levels. Feedback providers offer specific input on how the leader responded to common situations across the three arenas of pivotal conversations with individuals, improving team performance, and leading organizational change.

This service includes one 60-minute assessment introduction call (shared among all leader participants), a 60-minute report debrief coaching call, and a 60-minute action planning coaching call for each specific participant.
